Welcome to Zecto Developers, By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to the following terms. We’ve kept these as simple as possible to ensure we’re always on the same page.

1. Our Services

We provide Website Development, Digital Marketing, and E-commerce solutions. Every project is governed by a specific Service Agreement or Proposal that outlines the exact scope, timeline, and costs.

2. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to any images, text, or data you provide to us.
Our Work: Once a project is completed and paid for in full, the ownership of the final website or digital asset is transferred entirely to you.
Our Tools: We retain ownership of our proprietary processes, internal tools, and any pre-existing code used to build your project.

3. Payment Terms

We require a deposit (typically 50%) before work begins.
Final payment is due upon project completion, before the “Go-Live” phase.
Any additional work requested outside the original scope will be quoted and billed separately.

4. Client Responsibilities

To hit our deadlines, we need your help. You agree to provide necessary information, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in communication may result in a shift in the project timeline.

5. Hosting & Security

While we build high-performance, secure systems, we are not responsible for third-party hosting failures, domain expirations not managed by us, or external cyber-attacks. We do offer maintenance packages to help minimize these risks.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. If you choose to cancel mid-project, you will be billed for the work completed up to that date.

7. Limitation of Liability

We strive for perfection, but we cannot guarantee specific financial results or “No. 1 Google Rankings.” Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services provided.

We may update these terms as our business grows. Any major changes will be posted here on our website.
